As we are an internet retailer, our primary communication route is via email. However, before contacting us we ask that you read the updates below which may answer your questions:

Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days depending on the shipping service used. If for some reason, there is a delay despatching your order we will endeavour to inform you of this within 2 working days.

Availability of Products:

Any products currently showing as out of stock will be switched on as soon as they become available.

Customer Services:

Our Customer Service Team aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Our phone lines are open 9am – 3pm.

If your question relates to an order already placed, we would ask that you include your order number in your email so we can track your order more effectively.
